Who is responsible
The platform is run by m8werk digital solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), the operator of IemonCrewDex. The contact data are in the imprint.
What we store and why
Your account (name, mail address, sign-in ways), your characters, your guild memberships, sign-ups, reserves, wishlists, loot and attendance. We need them to provide the platform (contract, GDPR Art. 6 (1) b). Security logs and the protection against abuse rest on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f).
Age
You must be 16 or older to register (GDPR Art. 8).
What your guild sees
Members of your guild see your characters, sign-ups, reserves and loot. Officers also see officer notes and applications. What the public sees, each guild decides per part of its page.
Export and deletion
In your account you can download all your data as JSON and delete your account (Art. 15, 17, 20). When you delete it, your characters stay in the loot log and in the attendance of your guilds as "Former member", so the records of the others stay correct.
Mail and Discord
Mails go out through a mail provider under a processing agreement (Art. 28). Every kind of mail can be turned off. Guilds can send event news to their Discord channel through a webhook; Discord then processes these messages.
No tracking
There are no trackers and no ads. The only cookie is the sign-in session.
Hosting
The platform is hosted in Germany.
